The National Public Registry Agency of Georgia now offers this service online. Fee: 26 GEL. How to:
- Visit the website of the National Agency of Public Registry, select the “Real Estate” category in the list of services, and then “Preparation of an extract and cadastral plan”;
- Check the box “English-language extract”;
- Select a payment method, fill out and confirm your bank card details;
- At the end, a confirmation text message will be sent to your phone number.
