The Archi Saburtalo is a group of four residential buildings in the western part of Tbilisi's Saburtalo area, 10 km from the city center.
Archi Saburtalo is surrounded by developed city infrastructure, about 1 km from State University metro station, not far from the large City Mall shopping center.
There are 217 apartments in the 22-floor residential buildings. The total area of the project is 21,454 square meters, of which 5,000 square meters are allocated to the recreational zone, including a landscaped courtyard with playgrounds and sports grounds. The project also provides for commercial premises.
An important special feature is the use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building materials (lightweight Ytong blocks). The Ytong Caucasus factory was built in partnership with Archi and the German company Xella. According to the developer, its thermal insulation properties allow to reduce energy consumption by 40%.
